Plastic CNC machining

Custom plastic parts.
For industrial builds.

Drawing-based plastic components for automation, robotics and equipment manufacturing. Plastic machining is our first focus for US production enquiries.

From a material requirement to a part

Specify the function.
Review the grade.

We review custom plastic parts for CNC milling and turning. Send the material grade or specification with your drawing so we can assess the component against its geometry and intended application.

Industrial enquiries may include spacers, guide components, insulating interfaces, custom supports and fixture elements. The suitability of a plastic grade depends on the actual mechanical, thermal and environmental requirements.

Our first focus for US buyers is plastic production work. Metal components and mixed-material enquiries can also be discussed.

US orders from US$2,000. We focus on small-batch and batch production. European plastic enquiries are also welcome, from €2,000.

Details that help us
review a plastic part.

Material identification is part of the RFQ. Provide the grade, standard or datasheet where available; let us know if substitutions are allowed or if your customer specifies a particular material.

Mark critical dimensions and fits. Tolerance feasibility is reviewed for the specific grade, geometry and part size. A tolerance possible on one feature should not be assumed for the complete part.

Please include

  1. Material and environmentGrade, temperature range, chemical exposure and functional requirements that affect your part.
  2. Drawing and quantityCurrent drawing revision, a 3D model if available, and required quantity per part.
  3. Acceptance and deliveryCritical tolerances, surface requirements, documentation and destination postcode.

Plastic machining questions

Define it before
we manufacture it.

Which plastic grades can I request?

Email the grade or datasheet you need. Availability and machining suitability are confirmed during review; we do not list an unverified grade as an assured stock material.

Can I use the same tolerance on every plastic feature?

Please identify the dimensions that matter to fit or function. We review achievable tolerances against the particular material and geometry rather than applying a blanket tolerance to every feature.

Can you review both milled and turned plastic parts?

Yes. Our machining processes include 3-axis CNC milling and CNC turning. Suitability and the manufacturing scope are confirmed for your specific drawing.
