Milled & turned parts
Send us the current drawing revision, material grade and quantity. We assess the requirements against our CNC milling and turning capabilities before confirming the manufacturing scope.
For European projects, we prioritize aluminum and steel production enquiries. US metal enquiries can also be reviewed against the drawing and commercial requirements.
01 / Aluminum
We review drawing-based aluminum components for industrial equipment and mechanical assemblies. Specify the alloy and temper, dimensions, critical features and any surface requirements.
If anodizing or another finish is required, include the specification so the complete requirement can be reviewed before quotation.
02 / Carbon steel & stainless steel
Send the steel grade, part geometry and required condition. Identify critical fits and any heat treatment, hardness or corrosion-related requirements that need review.
Additional processing is confirmed individually; it is not assumed to be included in a machining-only quotation.
03 / Copper
For copper components, provide the grade, drawing and functional requirements. We review material availability, part geometry and inspection requirements before confirming suitability.
04 / Critical dimensions
Tolerances down to ±0.01 mm may be considered on suitable critical features. The accepted tolerances are agreed from the actual drawing, material and inspection requirements.
