Before you enquire

A few useful
details.

What is your minimum order value?

US production orders start at US$2,000; European production orders start at €2,000. Quantity depends on the part. We focus on small-batch and batch production.

How soon can I receive a quote?

Our target is within 24 hours after receiving complete drawings and requirements and completing drawing review. Complex parts or missing specifications may require clarification first.

What tolerances can you machine?

Tolerances down to ±0.01 mm can be considered on suitable critical features. Achievable tolerances depend on material, geometry, dimensions and inspection requirements, and are confirmed during drawing review.

Where are the parts manufactured?

Our factory is in Pidu District, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Contact Jack Yang directly to discuss your machining requirements.

Can I send confidential drawings?

Please contact us to agree any NDA, access restrictions and document-handling requirements before sending confidential information. Drawings are sent through your chosen email or messaging service.

Do you work with sourcing and trading companies?

Yes. We welcome production enquiries from equipment manufacturers, automation and robotics businesses, and sourcing or trading companies outsourcing CNC machining for US and European projects. Specific documentation and customer requirements should be included in the RFQ.
