What if I do not use an email application?
Copy jackyang@xhcxtech.com and compose a new message in your webmail service. Paste in the checklist details and attach your files there. You can also start a conversation on WhatsApp.
What happens after I send the drawings?
We review the requirements and ask for any missing technical or commercial details. The target is to quote within 24 hours after complete requirements and drawing review.
What should I do for a confidential project?
Contact Jack first to discuss an NDA, permitted recipients and any document-handling restrictions. Do not send restricted or confidential files until the applicable arrangements have been agreed.
