Our 3-axis CNC milling capability supports custom components with machined faces, pockets, profiles and hole patterns. We assess each part against its dimensions, access, material and drawing requirements.
For automation and equipment projects, enquiries may include mounting plates, brackets, fixture components and locating blocks. These are application examples; your drawing defines the actual manufacturing scope.

A useful milling RFQ
Make the key features clear.
Include a dimensioned drawing and a 3D model if available. Identify the drawing revision, datum references, tight tolerances and any surfaces that matter to fit or function.
Please also specify material grade, quantity per part, surface finish requirements, inspection documentation and the delivery destination. Surface treatment and documentation requirements are reviewed before we confirm a quotation.
