CNC turning

Turned components.
Defined by your design.

Custom cylindrical plastic and metal components for mechanical assemblies, industrial equipment and automation projects.

Rotational components

Diameters, bores
and interfaces.

Send your drawing for CNC turning review. We assess rotational features, stepped diameters, bore requirements and the relationships that control how the component fits into your assembly.

Sleeves, spacers, bushings and other cylindrical components are examples of the enquiries we review. Geometry, material grade and inspection requirements determine whether a specific part is suitable.

Quote the complete requirement.

For turned parts, provide the overall length and diameter, bore specifications, material grade and quantity. Mark the critical interfaces and include all dimensional and geometric requirements on the drawing.

If your component also needs milled features or a secondary process, include those details so we can review the complete scope before quoting.

Before production

  1. Review the drawingAgree the current revision and clarify any unspecified features.
  2. Confirm acceptance criteriaAgree tolerances and requested inspection documentation.
  3. Confirm the order scopeReview the material, quantity, price and manufacturing schedule.
Target quotation within 24 hours after complete requirements and drawing review. US orders from US$2,000; European orders from €2,000.
